RPM Advice

Ron, replacing the friction shocks with your shorties was probably the best money I've spent on my Tee. The ride quality is much, much better.

Likewise, going to a 2800rpm stall speed torque converter ---as you suggested--- has made the Tee more fun to drive. Whoever said "don't be afraid to add stall" was right on the money. The car launches like a rocket ship when called upon to do so.

If I can't repair the one I have to my satisfaction, I may replace the body next summer. If so, you'll be hearing from me. Thanks for the good advice.
